Q) Why does it say I am not connected to a network?

A) Cardlis requires Network access to load new points or promotions to the Cardlis APP or the Merchant APP.  PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU ARE CONNECTED TO A MOBILE NETWORK OR WIFI.  

Note: Some WIFI hotspots require you to Sign in every time you are in the location.  If you have ever used a hotspot within an establishment; Your phones WIFI will try to connect to the network but may require a new sign in authorization.
